The MUROK is a compact 3-in-1 pinch block designed to train all your pinches in one tool: 10 cm, 8 cm, and 6 cm. Use it with resistance bands or add weight for progressive training. Functional, sustainable, and good-looking enough to live on a shelf—also a great gift for climbers.

Made from mixed hardwood species, WHISE prioritizes reclaimed/off-cut wood whenever possible, and when that isn’t available they choose FSC/PEFC-certified wood. A carefully screwed-in metal pin has shown no sign of failure up to 110 kg in their testing (higher loads not tested).

Technical Details

Keep it dry and out of direct sun. Avoid water, high heat, and humidity. Brush off chalk regularly; if needed, refresh the surface with 80–120 grit sandpaper to give it a new life.
